Scholarship applications funded by the European Union for higher education students can be submitted between 15 September and 1 November 2025.

Eligibility:
To apply for EU Scholarships, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Official Status: Syrians with temporary protection status, individuals with international protection status, and citizens of the Republic of Turkey.
•    Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
•    University Level: Students enrolled in an associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctoral degree, or two-year vocational school programme in Turkey.
•    Eligible University Cities: All cities in Turkey.
•    Eligible Faculties/Departments: Engineering, Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Business Administration, Design and Architecture, Science and Literature, Education, Law, Languages, Medicine and Health Sciences, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Communication.
•    Grade Point Average: Minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 65 out of 100.
Students who are actively receiving an ESPS scholarship are not eligible for these scholarships. Students must be enrolled in full-time education. Preparatory and Distance Learning Faculties are not eligible to apply.
Scholarship Details:
•    For Undergraduate Students:
o    Annual Pocket Money: €360 or
o    Maximum University Fee Contribution: €500
•    For Postgraduate Students:
o    Annual Pocket Money: €540 or
o    Maximum University Fee Contribution: €500

Payment Terms: For both types of scholarships, payments are made in two instalments after the academic semester has begun and after the student has submitted documents proving their enrolment and continued academic success. Scholarships are non-repayable.
