What is Talent Gate?

Talent Gate is a career platform available to University Career Centers that enables university students and graduates to communicate with employers online, independent of time and space. Through Talent Gate, employers can communicate different career opportunities such as jobs, internship opportunities, training programs to all students and graduates, receive applications, make evaluations and respond to candidates through the system Career Centers will be able to plan, execute and monitor their communication with students/graduates and employers, career events and career counseling sessions they organize, as well as communicate the career opportunities they have created for their students/graduates to all students and graduates. Students can use this platform to communicate directly with Career Centers and employers, as well as access the services offered by employers and career centers online for their future career plans.
