Goals and Objectives
Student and Alumni Support Programs:
Create and develop support programs to help students and graduates achieve their career goals. These programs may include individual career counseling, CV preparation workshops, interview simulations and vocational skills development courses.
Strengthening Collaborations with the Sector:
Build strong partnerships with local and national companies and industry representatives to provide internship and job opportunities for students and graduates. At the same time, organize career events by inviting speakers from the sector.
Organizing Career Events:
Organizing career events (career talks, career fairs, workshops) regularly throughout the year and ensuring wide participation in these events. Bringing students and graduates together with industry professionals through these events.
Providing Job and Internship Opportunities:
To create various platforms to increase students' and graduates' access to job and internship opportunities and to be in constant communication with the business world. Increasing the number of advertisements published through the career center and facilitating applications.
Creating an Alumni Network:
To create a network that brings together university graduates and to strengthen communication and solidarity among alumni. To ensure that this network plays an active role in creating career opportunities.
Career Awareness and Preparation:
Adding career-oriented courses and modules to the university's curriculum to increase students' career awareness. Providing training to ensure that students are prepared for their careers after graduation.
Increasing Career Center Visibility:
To effectively use social media, internal university announcements and other promotional channels to increase awareness of the career center. To ensure that career center services are recognized throughout the university and among alumni.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Receive regular feedback from students, alumni and business representatives and use this feedback to improve services. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the career center.
